Shuttle Pickup Locations: Galveston Port and Houston Airports

🚍 Pick-Up Locations Overview

Our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible.

All Passengers are requested to follow driver instructions and reach our meeting points, board, and exit the vehicle safely without staff assistance.

 

George Bush Airport (IAH)

  • Shared shuttle customers are requested to wait inside Terminal A baggage claim until contacted. Pickup is outside Exit Door A113 or as per driver’s instructions.
  • Private shuttle customers arriving at IAH will be picked up outside baggage claim of their respective arrival terminal. All customers are requested to follow the driver’s instructions to ensure a smooth pickup.
  • Our shared shuttles do NOT pick up from hotels. Please meet the shuttle outside Terminal A baggage claim (Door A113 or as per driver’s instructions). For hotel pickups, you may book our private Galveston shuttle service.

William P. Hobby Airport (HOU)

  • All shared and private shuttle pickups will be curbside outside the baggage claim at Passenger Pickup #3 (see pictures below).
  • Our shared shuttles do NOT pick up from hotels. Please meet the shuttle at our designated pickup area. For hotel pickups, you may book our private shuttle. All customers are requested to follow the driver’s instructions to ensure a smooth pickup.

Royal Caribbean Cruise: Terminal 10

  • All shared and private shuttle passengers are requested to assemble and wait at column #3 by the crosswalk (see pictures below). Your driver will provide further pickup instructions depending on the parking situation. All customers are requested to follow the driver’s instructions to ensure a smooth pickup.

Norwegian Cruise and MSC Cruises: Terminal 16

  • All private and shared shuttle passengers are requested to assemble and wait by the “Zone 2” sign outside the main building (see pictures below). All customers are requested to follow the driver’s instructions to ensure a smooth pickup.

Galveston Cruise Terminal 25

  • All shared and private shuttle passengers must assemble and wait by the skybridge at the first crosswalk, as shown in the pictures below.
  • Terminal 25 is shared by multiple Carnival Cruise ships, including Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Dream, Carnival Breeze, and Carnival Legend. Check the Port of Galveston’s cruise schedule for your ship’s actual docking terminal. All customers are requested to follow the driver’s instructions and meet at updated pickup location to ensure a smooth pickup.

Galveston Cruise Terminal 28

  • All shared and private shuttle passengers must assemble and wait at “Zone 10” under the building awning, as shown in the pictures below.
  • Terminal 28 is shared by multiple cruise lines, including Carnival, Disney, and Princess. Check the Port of Galveston’s cruise schedule for your ship’s actual docking terminal. All customers are requested to follow the driver’s instructions to ensure a smooth pickup.

🚍 Drop-Off Locations

Galveston Drop-Off Points:

  • Galveston Cruise Terminal (All Terminals)
  • Hotels & Vacation Rentals

Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) Drop-Off Location:

  • Airport departures (we generally drop off at Southwest Airlines entrance).

Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) Drop-Off Location:

  • All shared shuttle drop-offs at IAH will be at Terminal C departures (unless stated otherwise by us). Passengers can transfer to other terminals using the internal Skyway or the Subway.
    • Skyway: The above-ground Skyway connects all terminals inside security, with trains departing every two minutes from Terminals A, B, C, and D/E. It’s free and runs daily, with signs marked “Skyway.” The full ride from Terminal A to D/E takes just over four minutes.
    • Subway: The below-ground Subway provides connections outside security (pre-security), with free trains running every three minutes from Terminals A, B, C, D/E, and the Airport Marriott. It operates daily from 3:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. (closed overnight), and signs are marked “Subway.” Each leg between stations takes about three minutes.
  • All private shuttle drop-offs will be at your respective departure terminal.
