Private Galveston Transfers Across Greater Houston

We collect from suburbs right across the metro and drop off at the Galveston cruise terminals, Seawall hotels and vacation rentals. Every area here is served by private transfer, priced per vehicle rather than per seat. Pick an area for distances, drive times and rates.

Areas We Collect From, Nearest First

Distances and drive times run to the Galveston cruise terminals in light traffic; rush hours and summer weekends typically add thirty to forty minutes on the longer routes. All rates are one way per vehicle and are starting figures. Round trip is double.

Larger parties travel in 14 and 23 seaters — call (409) 500-2336 for those. Child seats are $15 each way. See our fleet for capacities and luggage space, or full pricing for add-ons and optional stops.

Why these are starting rates Each of these areas covers a lot of ground. A Katy pickup near I-10 is a shorter run than one out past Fulshear, and the same holds everywhere on the list. Give us a street address and you get one confirmed figure, which then holds — it does not rise on cruise weekends or at busy times of day. The Economy Van seats six in the same vehicle as the five-seat van; the Black Suburban is the premium six-seat option with leather and more luggage room.

How Suburb Pickup Differs from Airport Pickup

Three things work differently when we collect from a home address rather than a terminal. They apply to every area above.

Private only
No shared seats from suburbs

The $35 shared shuttle runs a fixed hourly schedule between the Houston airports and Galveston. It does not collect from residential addresses. Flying in instead? See the IAH to Galveston shuttle or the Hobby to Galveston shuttle.

Per vehicle
Group size does not change the rate

Two passengers and five passengers pay the same figure in the same van. Full detail on how private transfers work, including grace periods, is on the private Galveston shuttle page.

Address-based
Your street address sets the final rate

These areas are large. A pickup on the near edge is a shorter run than one on the far side, and the quote reflects that. Once given, the figure is fixed and does not move with demand.

If Your Area Is Not Listed

The eight areas above are the ones we publish rates for, not the limit of where we go. We regularly collect from Spring, Tomball, Missouri City, Friendswood, Alvin, Texas City, La Marque, Baytown and Richmond among others. Rates there follow the same logic: distance from the route sets the figure.

Call (409) 500-2336 with your address and travel date and we will quote it. Returning after a cruise works the same way — see Galveston to Houston transfers.

Suburb Pickup Questions Answered

01

Which Houston suburbs do you collect from for Galveston cruises?

We publish rates for eight areas: Webster and the NASA area, Pearland, downtown Houston, Sugar Land, Cypress, Katy, The Woodlands and Conroe. We also serve Spring, Tomball, Missouri City, Friendswood, Alvin, Texas City, Baytown and Richmond on request.
02

Can I book a shared seat from a suburb instead of a private vehicle?

No. Shared seats at $35 per person run on a fixed hourly schedule between the Houston airports and Galveston, and they do not collect from residential addresses. If you are flying in rather than leaving from home, shared seats are available on both airport routes.
03

Why are the rates shown as starting figures?

Because these areas cover a lot of ground. A Katy pickup near I-10 is a shorter run than one out past Fulshear, and the same holds in every area listed. Give us a street address and you get one confirmed figure, which then holds. It does not rise on cruise weekends or at busy times of day.
04

Is the rate per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. A party of two and a party of five pay the same rate in the same van. That is the main difference from the shared airport service, which is priced per seat.
05

Do you run return trips back to the suburbs after a cruise?

Yes, from every area listed. Book both legs together for the round-trip rate, or arrange the return separately. Disembarkation usually runs between 7 and 10 AM, so give us your ship and terminal and pickup will line up with your walk-off time.
06

How far in advance should I book a suburb pickup?

At least 48 hours. Cruise weekends and holidays fill earlier, so two to four weeks ahead is safer for Friday through Sunday sailings. Free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before pickup — see the service terms.
07

Do you drop off at all four Galveston cruise terminals?

Yes — Terminal 10, 16, 25 and 28, at the terminal entrance rather than a nearby lot. We also serve Seawall hotels, Harborside properties and vacation rentals at any Galveston address. Tell us your cruise line when booking and we will confirm the terminal.
