Royal Galveston Shuttle is a licensed transportation company based in Galveston, Texas. Founded in 2023, we operate shared and private shuttle services between Houston’s two main airports — IAH and Hobby — and the Galveston cruise terminals, hotels, and select stops along the I-45 corridor.

Since launching, we have served over 20,000 cruise passengers, families, and solo travelers from across the country.

How We Operate

Shared shuttles run hourly from 8 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week, from both IAH and Hobby Airport. The fare is $30 per person one way. These run on a fixed schedule with stops at both airports and all Galveston cruise terminals.

Private transfers run 24 hours a day from $195 and cover any pickup or drop-off address in Houston or Galveston. There are no scheduled stops — you go directly to your destination.

We serve all four Galveston cruise terminals:

• Terminal 10 — Royal Caribbean
• Terminal 16 — MSC Cruises
• Terminals 25 & 28 — Carnival, Princess, Norwegian, Disney

Private rides can also include stops at NASA Space Center Houston, Moody Gardens, or Buc-ee’s along the I-45 route if arranged in advance.

Licensing and Credentials

We hold an active Port of Galveston operating permit, which is required to provide ground transportation directly at Galveston cruise terminals. We are also licensed by the City of Galveston and registered with the Texas Secretary of State as Royal Galveston Shuttle LLC.

Our drivers hold individual taxicab and limousine licenses issued by the City of Houston and the City of Galveston.

We are a member of the Galveston Chamber of Commerce.
