At Royal Galveston Shuttle, we provide a flexible Galveston shuttle schedule every hour between Houston (IAH & Hobby Airports) and Galveston. Our shuttle operates with a stop at Hobby Airport one hour after departing IAH, then continues to the Galveston cruise terminals and nearby hotels, Airbnb’s, Vrbo’s, or vacation rentals.

🕒 Shared Shuttle Schedule – Departures

Our Galveston shared shuttle operates every hour, ensuring timely and convenient transfers. Because it’s a shared shuttle with stops, slight delays can sometimes happen due to factors out of our control, so we recommend allowing extra time in your plans. If you’re on a tight schedule, our private shuttle is the better option.

Passengers are requested to wait at our meeting points (see maps below). Your driver will contact you at your boarding time to coordinate the pickup. If you don’t hear from the driver after your boarding time, please call us at 409 500-2336.

• All shared shuttle pickups happen outside Terminal A baggage claim (Exit Door A115)
• Our shared shuttles do NOT pick up from hotels. Please meet the shuttle outside Terminal A baggage claim (Door A115). For hotel pickups, you may book our private shuttle.

Houston Hobby Airport (HOU):

• Curbside outside baggage claim area at Passenger Pickup #3 – or follow driver instructions
• Our shared shuttles do NOT pick up from hotels. Please meet the shuttle at our designated pickup area. For hotel pickups, you may book our private shuttle.

Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) Drop-Off Points:

• All shared shuttle drop-offs at IAH take place at Terminal C departures (unless otherwise stated). Passengers can transfer to other terminals using the Skyway or the Subway.
  • Skyway: The above-ground Skyway connects all terminals inside security, with trains departing every two minutes from Terminals A, B, C, and D/E. It’s free and runs daily, with signs marked “Skyway.” The full ride from Terminal A to D/E takes just over four minutes.
  • Subway: The below-ground Subway provides connections outside security (pre-security), with free trains running every three minutes from Terminals A, B, C, D/E, and the Airport Marriott. It operates daily from 3:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. (closed overnight), and signs are marked “Subway.” Each leg between stations takes about three minutes.

• Private Shuttle Options Available – Choose a direct private car ride starting at $149.
• Luggage Assistance Provided – Our drivers assist with bags for a stress-free trip.
• 48-Hour Advance Booking Needed – We require all bookings to be made 48 hours or more prior to your travel date.
• Possible Delays – Due to the nature of shared shuttle service, delays are sometimes expected due to frequent stops and traffic conditions. But we strive to keep you on schedule for your flight or cruise. Kindly plan accordingly.
• Early Flights – Are you catching an early return flight before 1 PM? Book our private shuttle from the cruise port instead — shared shuttle service may not be the right option for you.
• Availability – We reserve the right to DECLINE or CANCEL any service request due to availability or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, you will be notified in writing via the email address provided at the time of booking. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made under these terms.
